What are your qualifications?
I studied at Waikato University and graduated with a Bachelor of Electronic Commerce in 2006. Electronic Commerce consisted of computer science papers and some business papers. I like to always point out that my 20 years of experience I gained growing up around computers is the most valuable qualification I have. As you’ll read on the About Page – I have had computers on the brain since I can remember. They are my passion and I know them inside out.
How much do you charge?
When you call through I can give you an accurate quote – computer support can vary in price depending on the problem so it is better to call me first (I promise I won’t bite or scare you off with confusing computer jargon!).
What hours do you operate?
I can come out and see you between 8am and 8pm Monday – Friday
And 10am till 3pm on Saturdays.
Which areas do you service?
Most of my work is within Hamilton City and all of the suburbs.
I also offer support to Cambridge, Raglan, Morrinsville, Matamata, Te Kowhai, Te Awamutu.

Can you fix printers?
Here is the thing with printers: You need to work out how much you paid for it. And then look at what a new model would cost from one of the big appliance stores.
I can fix anything to do with settings between your computer and printer. However if it seems like a mechanical fault due to age / wear & tear then I would suggest it MAY not be worth your time and money to fix unless you still have some sort of extended warranty on it. I know it’s a waste to throw out stuff… but the reality is that printers are VERY cheap new these days. You just have to weigh the options up.

Do you have experience in Mac computers?
Yes I do. In fact I have a confession to make… I LOVE Mac computers… Why? Because they have far fewer problems as a whole. If everyone had a Mac I may very well be out of business! I can however offer any support you need with them and also give you tuition.
